Hey everybody! I've managed to add music to my Rhythm by sending the mp3 file from my laptop to my cell phone. The only problem is, my phone will only allow me to use audio from a folder called "My_Ringers," and I can't figure out how to use the mp3 I sent from my computer as a ringtone.
Any suggestions or help would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Marty,

This issue was answered by one of the other members on the forum. I have included Shepherd answer below because he is correct. The only wrinkle in this plan is that bitpim does not list the Rhythm so after some research I have found that if you select the VX8500 it will work. Pleasea give that a try and let me know.

You will need to bitpim your personal ringers in the Rhythm (www.bitpim.org) or purchase and download them through Alltel.

I've searched an answer about this, the www.ventones.com. This is a website that allows users to upload any music file off their computer and send it to their phone as a ringtone. And it really does work, I tried it with success. Here are a couple tips....first of all, the service is free so don't let the fact that you have to sign up for it scare you away. Second, currently the site doesn't have the Rhythm listed when you set up your make and model..
