I've been reading all the posts here and I'm really confused. I have the Shine.(720)
I took music and ringtones I had on my PC and got them to my phone. I'm a Newbie with all this stuff mind you
But when I go to put a special one on for a contact, it's not in the list! HELP! In simple terms can someone tell me how to do/move the music item to the ringtone file?? |

I've gotten to the 'select ringtone' part but that's where the problem is, the ringtone I downloaded from PC isn't listed there. It's in my Music player(Mp3)/ Playlist...and there's no Options there to set as...... :-( Can't figure it out? Never had this kind of problem doing this with my other brands of phones.. |

This phone, CU720, was an upgrade for signing another 2 year contract. |

It sounds to me that you need to transfer your contacts from the sim card to your phone memory, I could be wrong but try this just to make sure. Go into your address book, then go to management then copy from sim. |

I went into my address book but there was nothing there that said "management" |

Thanks, that was what I actually ended up doing. There were 2 choices, Smart Chip to Handset and Handset to Smart Chip. |

To have them saved to your SIM and phone you will see both contacts on there. You could delete your contacts from your SIM, but I don't reccomend that. I would keep both on the phone. |
