I made ringtones and put them on a micro SD. They will play on my Remarq if I open the files, but how do I make them ringtones? I do not currently have internet on my phone, and these files are the ringtones I want to use. ANyone know how? |

Unfortunately I think Sprint locks their phones down so it makes it hard to use custom Ringtones other than the ones you purchase from their site... One of the ways to get Ringtones to your phone is to send them via Txt Message from another phone. Once you receive the message you can click on the attached ringtone and from the options menu choose "Set As" and set it as a Ringtone. Once you do that it will appear in the Ringtone menu for future use. |

I'm not having any luck with this. I sent a text message with an MP3 attachment to the Remarq phone. Then Messageing > Messages. New message hightlighted. OK, OK. Scroll down to Audio. Options > Open Attachment. MP3 file is highlighted. Press SAVE. "Attached Sound has been saved to Memory Card"

I believe that I read in another thread, that you have to save it on the phone, not on the card. Once the sound file is on the phone's internal memory, you can assign it as a reingtone. |
