My mom's cell was replaced in the last week and they sent a 160 to replace the old one she had (which was a 150, so probably not that big a jump. heh). Anyway, I've been trying to set it up for her, but she doesn't like any of the ringtones it comes with and I've been trying to figure out how to make/get a couple new ones to the phone for her.

Does anyone know anything about this model and *can* it take ringtones from other sources other than downloading them from the pay site it connects to on the phone? I don't see a usb port or anywhere for an extra card of any type, so I would expect it would have to be sent in another way. But this doesn't seem documented in the manual either.

Any help would be appreciated.

You should be able to send the 160 a text message and attach a sound file to save... If not, without a card you will probably not be able to add any... You would need a USB cable to try bitpim to create and transfer your own MP# tones to the phone... Good Luck
