I installed an SD card in my phone so I could download ringtones from my computer to the phone. The songs that I downloaded have a "sd card" emblem but only show up in the music column, not the audio column. When I tried to switch my songs to Audios, it came up with a message telling me to transfer the song to the phone memory but I have no idea how to do that! Anyone had this problem? I'm pretty cell phone illiterate so please answer in terms I can understand

Thanks so much!

You should be able to list the Ringtones you have from under the My Stuff menu>> Audios>> My Audios>> and you should see a list of your ringtones. From the menu in the upper right of the screen, choose "Copy" or, if you want, "Move" and then it will ask you want to Copy/Move to your Phone or MicroSD card. Choose phone and a list of available audio files will appear. Put a check mark in the boxes next to the Audio file you want to copy then hit "Done" This should do the trick.

Well I went under the My Stuff menu > Audios > My Audios and it still only shows the ringtones that have been blue toothed to me, it doesn't show the ringtones I downloaded from my computer onto my SD card. The only way I can access the ringtones I downloaded to the card is to go to Music > All Songs but I still can't make them a ringtone, even when I add them to a playlist. I'm so confused

Let's take a look... Can you tell me, are the ringtones on your SD card in the "My_Audios" Folder?
When you plug your USB cable in to your PC and Volt, do you get a message on your Volt asking how you want to hook up to the computer? "Mass Storage" or "USB Modem?" Chose Mass Storage and your MicroSD card should show up on your computer as a drive letter "E: or F:" or something like that. Go to My Computer and locate the drive under the "Devices and Removable Storage" category and double click on it to open it. Once open you should see several folders, One of them is named "My_Audios" Are your Ringtones in that folder? If not can you copy them there and it should work... If they are there, can you tell me how big they are.

First of all, thanks so much for taking the time to help me!

Now back to the task at hand. I did as you said and copied all my downloaded ringtones to the "My Audio's Folder". They now show up under "My Audio's" but would not play. I got the message "Cannot set card contents. Please copy to phone memory" so I clicked in the right hand corner and copied them to phone memory and now they work!! However, does this mean everything I download will have to be put on my phone's memory instead of the SD card from now on?

Thanks so much!!

What do you do if your computer doesn't show your bliss as a removable storage, but you know that its plugged in right because it's charging

Do you have a MicroSD card in your Bliss?  You will need the MicroSD for the phone to show up on your PC, and you will also need the USB Drivers...  You can get them here.

With the drivers installed and the MicroSD in the phone, you should be able to put the phone in "Mass Storage" mode and it will show up on your PC as another removable drive.  Then you can copy Ringtones and Pictures back and forth.
