I have a LG Rumor 2 by Virgin Mobile, I've had it since about the end of December '09, and I've yet to get it to work the way I want it to.

I can get my songs (for the MP3 Player) and my photos on there perfectly fine(I have the MicroSD), but I can't figure out how to get the ringtones I want.

I'm sorry if this may sound rude, but I hate the tones it comes with and I hate the tones on Virgin Mobile's site.

I have my songs I would love to set as possible ringtones (Russia screaming "VODKAAAAAAAAAA!", Prussia's Ice Cream Song, England's Marshmallow Song, Aiyaa Yousennen, Native Faith, Candid Friend, the creepy awesome sounds Belarus makes in Russia's drama CD, ect. ect. ect) but I can't figure out how. Basically, I have just three questions:

1)What type of file do I have to make it?
2)How do I send it to my phone?
3)WILL IT WORK?

You'll need to get your ringtones from sites like "www.zedge.com" or others that can send ringtones to your phone. Most LG phones allow you to use MP3s or portions of them. But some carriers want to lock there phones so as to drive revenue to there ringtone sites

I joined zedge. I uploaded a file to it and downloaded it to my computer, and it downloaded as a MP3. I'm not sure how to set that as a ringtone. If I could find out how to get the files on my phone from my computer then I would be fine, but I'm completely confused on what to do. I'm so sick of these tones, I want to gag myself anytime I get a call or text, so I would very deeply love to do something
