Ed Member                 0 Join Date: Feb 2010 Reputation: 0 Posts: 2	We cannot change the ringtone on our new VX5600. We go to the selection screen and select the one we want and select OK. But, when a call comes in all we get is a beep for the ring. Any suggestions?

JaniceA Member                 0 Join Date: Dec 2009 Reputation: 0 Posts: 174	from the screen press ok to access menu>select settings & tools>sound settings>call sounds>call ringtones>then select the desired ringtone then press OK. I think it would work, if it doesn't try downloading new ringtones and do the steps again.
