Windows Media 12 should be fine, just like Win Media 11. Here is what I would do.

* Make sure you have the LG Driver: http://www.lgcommunity.com/file_library.aspx (In the Drivers folder)
* YOU WILL NEED A MICROSD CARD IN THE PHONE
* After installing the Drivers reboot to be safe
* On your phone, Set the USB mode to 'Data'
* Plug your phone into your PC
* On your phone, Go to Settings>>Tools>>USB Mode>>Set to "USB Mass Storage Mode"
* Your MicroSD card will now mount as another drive on your PC (Like e: or f: or something)
* Launch Win Media and it should see your drives on your pc. Find the MicroSD Card in Win Media and Set up a Sync Pairing under the Sync Menu.

It should remember the Mem card every time you plug your phone in and set it to "Mass Storage Mode"

Let me know if this doesn't work.

LG Product Pro, Well the phone downloaded the drivers it needed. When i select USB MASS STORAGE it wants me to download more device drivers for the phone itself plus it takes my bluetooth device offline until it has finished getting the mass storage drivers should i let the phone do that maybe that is why i do not see the mem card in devices and printers maybe that is my problem duh lol

All of the drivers should have been in one package.... I'm not sure what your PC is looking for now But if it needs drivers I'd let it complete the search or install of the drivers, it shoulonly take a moment... You're phone and PC will need the drivers so that they will work together properly. Make sure they are loaded before proceeding.
Next plug your phone in and try to go to Mas Storage mode... (Remember the Phone portion of your Versa will be disabled while you are in your data session.)

With the Phone in Mass Storage mode you should see your Versa's MicroSD show up under "My Computer" (Or whatever it is on Win7)

Interesting... I've never seen that error before. Have you tried to reinstall the Drivers? I would first do that and then try the connection again. In the settings, do you have the "USB Connection" mode set to "Data?" If so, when you plug it in to your PC nothing should happen... On the phone go to "Settings>> Tools> USB Mode>> and choose Mass Storage Mode" You should now see a message on the phone indicating that the "Cell" portion of the phone is disabled while in this mode... This is normal. Your Cell will be inactive while transferring files... Now it should be mounted as another Drive letter.

Under Settings there is a "Tools" option, Under "Tools" (I think at the bottom.... I don't have my Versa) There should be something about Mass Storage?? Do you see that?

No Worries... You have the Phone in data mode right? (I have mine set to "Ask on Plug" and then I select Data)
Next, with the cable plugged into the phone go to the "Smart Menu at the Very Bottom select "Tool" and then at the Bottom again, select "USB Mass Storage Mode"

What happens? If nothing happens, then lets unplug the phone uninstall the drivers and reboot and reinstall the drivers reboot AND THEN Plug the Phone into the computer

I'm sorry if I'm misunderstanding what is happening on your end... Let me know.
