Lotus Elite how to make apps work?! .jar?

I found a place where I can get free apps and I download the .jar files and put them in folder but says invalid when try to play them. Does it support .jar? Does anyone know how to get this to work? Also any good sites for Lotus apps,wallpaper ect.

I haven't taken the time to install games or Applications other than the ones that come from the Sprint site. How ever looking around I see that it can be done on the Lotus, so the Elite shouldn't be an issue either...
