On September 2009, I bought a X120-H.C7EKU netbook from Jarir Book store, one of the largest stores in Saudi Arabia. Last month hard disk crashed . I return the Netbook to jarir Book store. They said they would return the machine as soon as its repaired. It is been more than two weeks, when I called Jarir they said they are waiting for LGs response. Please explain me why should I wait for two weeks or more to get the machine repaired? I am extremely unhappy with the service given for the price that paid for the Netbook. If I had known LGs after sales service is poor, I would have never bought any equipment from LG. Delaying a laptop for two weeks & more is an awful time where we have to lose our time & energy. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that this is causing you, I'm looking into what I can do on my end to assist you. Unfortunately the LG Community Web site is currently set up mainly for US Customers so I will have very little contact with the international side of things... But I will look for some International Contacts for you. |
