I saved some mp3 music files onto my SD card "My Sounds" folder but when my phone reads it, it separates my songs into different folders, some under the correct folder name, but some allocated to an "Unknown" album with "Unknown Artist". On my PC, I can see that all my songs are labelled correctly all under the same album name and artist name. Why is this?

It looks like it's getting confused with the Metadata that's attached to each song, Like Album, Artist, Song Title, Genre, and so on... If you manually added the music to the folders on your PC, Possibly the Metadata didn't get updated properly... There are applications for the PC that will update the Metadata... Windows Media, iTunes, "TuneUp" they will all update this info.... If you have already used these programs then I don't know why the Crystal would mix them up... I think the Phone is looking on the internet for this information as well...

I don't have a Crystal but all of the LG Music phones I've played with, here in the States, correctly identify my songs pretty accurately .
