It has been giving me and my friends way to many problems. I have alreadyhad 5replacements within the last year andhave had the latest software updates. It is starting toget frustrating. Recently, my enV turned off and back on by itself. when it was on again i no longer had any info(i.e. contacts, pics, memory card info). My phone isalso no longer connected to my number and will not reconnect=[.

Wow! I have had my enV for quite some time and have not had any trouble with it. Hmmm. It might be time to upgrade to maybe the Voyager or enV2. I have both of those and they work great as well. I tried finding an original enV for a Friend and LG had already come out with the upgrade/replacement with the enV2 which has some much better features and shortcuts for texting and notepad and such. I have been a fan of LG for quite some time and have never been let down by their handsets. As for your last statement, have you tried *228 option 1 to reprogram your handset? Last but not least, maybe see a Tech at one of the stores to see if they can help.

I would suggest to always make sure that your pics and whatever else you want to save be backup up on your computer using, say BitPim or something of that nature.

thanks. it did a bit. even tech support is being stupid though. I have also tried getting an upgrade but am short on money so sadly this will not work=[

I'm on my 2nd env2 and all my Notepad entries auto delete. This is a serious problem. I should be able to rely on this feature.

I want a new phone!
