I just bought one 2 weeks ago,I can recieve by multi media or bluetooth a full video then i can send it it either way trouble is i can not view or open it,when bluetoothed to me it goes straight to other files any ideas on how to view videos i have looked at the book called att and they said they don't know call the lg people the said its in the resizing

Are you trying to move full length movies onto your phone? If so you need to compress the video. There is a program called acala that allows you to compress the file size of the video so that it is viewable on your phone. A download for this program is in the LG file library on this page under "other useful docs"
