Hi.

I'd just like to request a way of adjusting the volume internally on the QWERTY keyboard in the next upgrade if there is going to be one. (For speaker phone, video playback etc) It would make things a lot more enjoyable and easy. If it already exists then I'm ignorant and have no idea how to do it, but from everywhere I have check there is nothing. A simple hold shift and press the arrow keys up or down would rock my socks off. Putting my finger between the screen to get to the external volume controls is quite irritating. The aesthetics of this device really are impressive except that one feature.

I'm also experiencing issues others have posted about but I'd rather not make a duplicate post about those.

Also pdf or document reader of some type would be pretty sweet, even if it was a standalone application you either had to purchase or run. I understand the web browser is capable of viewing them.

I believe the community really wants to see this phone do well as it should because the Env3 has a lot of potential. So, any communication on the issues we are having would be extremely awesome. Like maybe a preview of what the next update will include if any at all.

I am using the EnV 3 right now and am going to take note of your recommendations as I use the phone. I'll forward your suggestions. Thanks for posting!!!

I just purchased an enV3 today after a fair amount of research into available phones
The only two things I would change would be having an outside 24-hour clock (not just the inside)
and switching "b" and the space bar (although that's hardware)

Otherwise a great phone!
