Just bought the Dare a couple of days ago, and so far I'm enjoying the product immensely.
I do, however, have one significant gripe. I do a lot of texting. I'm finding it very frustrating that I get 'touch feedback' as long as I touch the screen - regardless as to whether or not I actually touched one of the keys. IMHO there should be no feedback unless a button/key was pressed. This would greatly reduce typos for me, and I'm quite certain that I can't be the only one that it would help.
As this seems like it's a software only issue (I grant I could be wrong there) I'm assuming that this could be fixed with a software update. Does that sound about right?
Anyone else having this problem? Do you think it would be an improvement to have the tactile response only when you strike a key/button? |

I agree. A good example of this is you can touch the Wallpaper on the main screen and you still get a tactile response . |

Truthfully, I don't know how complicated a request this is. Has anyone heard anything about this? Is it possible that it would be in future OS revisions? |
