LG

I bought the Xenon last week. I love the touchscreen and keypad. However, when I went to add my pictures and music, the phone will not let you organize them into folders. You can make little yellow folders, but you cant put anything in them. It took me 3 hours with 2 people from LG and 1 person from AT&T to tell me that! I would have never bought this phone if I knew I couldn't organize anything on it!!!!!

I bought my phone 6/12/09 from wirefly..If I knew about this site and read your review I would not have had purchased this phone either..do not get me wrong..I find it to be ok..the reception is weak..and not being anle to move items around..I make my own wrong tones and this phone only uses them in the audio folder and not the sound folder where all the tones are kept..unlike sony ..lg's website has no support or free add ons to personalize your phone..I'm waiting for my usb cable to see if i can move items around using the bitpim program..I don't think the people at lg thought things out other than giving a very nice qwerty pad..fortunately I still have time to return this phone..

EVery phone no matter what brand it is have several issue but whats important is the manufacturer will fix those issues
