I have a Rumor 2 with Virgin Mobile. The number one thing I don't like about the phone is the factory installed "contacts" that cannot be deleted. For example, a factory installed "information" contact is listed as 411. I don't have 411 service with VM so why can't I delete this? Granted there is plenty of memory in the phone but still...

The other problem with factory installed contacts is that for some reason my phone uses a "ghost" number so that the factory installed voicemail contact picked up the ghost number and I have to add a second voicemail contact because that is not the number I call to access my voicemail.

Who thinks up these software things? This makes no sense to me.

The phone is good otherwise. I wish it had more application abilities such as reading .pdf on the web. I like the pre-installed Opera Mini browser though.

Thanks for the comments... I Have passed your comments on to Development... I agree about the additional contacts. I guess that's something required by the Carriers, seems like they are on all of our phones.

Is the VoiceMail # that is programmed in to the phone, not the correct number? I'll report this along with your other comments to Development.
