I have had a LG Lotus Elite phone for 3 months. A month or so after getting it I noticed that the sound quality was deteriorating. It would often sound like I was listening through a tin can. I would frequently have to ask my wife to repeat what she was saying or call me on a land line. I contacted Sprint and they told me to take the phone to a Service Center. The girl at the service center took my phone, asked me for my number, called the phone and said "test", without even putting her ear to the phone, handed it back to me and said "it sounds fine to me, why don't you bring it back when it is actually broken." |

Disappointing... have you contacted LG Support? You have a 1 Year Manufacturers Warranty on the Lotus Elite... Contact them at 800) 793-8896 Let me know what happens. |
