I was really excited when I got this phone in August. Now I'm not so sure. The QWERTY keyboard is nice but the texting is so slow! If you type in 3 letters in a short space of time, you don't get all of them.
I only tend to use my phone for an hour each day, mainly in the first 10 minutes. It takes a good 5 of them to warm up!

Today I looked at the date on my phone: 79/82 - Tuesday. I went to change this back and as soon as I clicked on the options it restarted the phone.

This phone occasionally just turns itself on, which may sound weird, but I'm the sort of person who checks 3 times to see if their phone is off.

I also removed the external memory card, and the wallpaper changed to a default setting. This happens sometimes when browsing the external memory and/or putting new things onto it.

This phone reminds me of a Motorola I once had, and not in a good way. That phone gave up on me. I hope this one won't do the same.

If anyone knows a way to fix any of these problems, maybe an update or something, please tell me, as I am considering buying a new mobile.

Sorry about the trouble you are seeing... First think I would do is to pull the Battery out for a minute or two... By doing this you will clear all of the Temporary Memory which is maintained by the battery. Putting the Battery back in the phone and powering it on will force it to reset and set up all of the Temporary information it gets from the Cell Towers, Possibly the Time and Date as well. I've seen this clear up a lot of problems in the past.
I concentrate mainly on the Phones Distributed through Carriers here in the US, so I'm not familiar with the KS360. The US Phones have a One Year warranty I don't know about the warranty you have but if it's a Year warranty I'd call customer service and send it in to have it looked at.

I'm pretty sure you have a warranty for this phone right? have you tried contacting the provider about the warranty?
