I was really excited when I got this phone in August. Now I'm not so sure. The QWERTY keyboard is nice but the texting is so slow! If you type in 3 letters in a short space of time, you don't get all of them. |

Sorry about the trouble you are seeing... First think I would do is to pull the Battery out for a minute or two... By doing this you will clear all of the Temporary Memory which is maintained by the battery. Putting the Battery back in the phone and powering it on will force it to reset and set up all of the Temporary information it gets from the Cell Towers, Possibly the Time and Date as well. I've seen this clear up a lot of problems in the past. |

I'm pretty sure you have a warranty for this phone right? have you tried contacting the provider about the warranty? |
