LG Incite CT810 was one of the WORST purchases I have ever made. Thank GOD for extended warranty. I purchased this phone from Best Buy on May 30, 2009.
From the beginning I was having problems with the phone. Had to do "soft" resets, and MANY "hard" resets. Software would seize up. Phone would lock up. Poorly made. Touch screen VERY EASILY scratched- if you decide to purchase this phone, be sure you get a HIGH-END screen protector, the cheaper ones scratch just as easily as the phone. Its difficult making phone calls where you need to enter in numbers, because the screen blacks out on you and you have to reactivate the screen in order to access to the numbers section. The talk and stand-by time was AWFUL! I had to charge the phone 2-4 times per day (NO JOKE or exaggeration).
I finally got so fed up I took it back in to Best Buy to send it off for repair, which was August 9, 2009. I didn't get the phone back from repair until August 25, 2009. The stand-by time was greatly improved: there was a charging problem with the phone. I don't know what the new talk, txt, or internet time was as I hadn't really used them much yet. At least not enough to determine if that time was improved as well. When I got it back, ALL my contacts, ALL the games I had PURCHASED were wiped. It was back to its factory settings.
I hadn't done anything to the phone other than start to reenter in all my contacts AGAIN (contacts DO NOT save to the SIM card). The contacts part of the phone started seizing up on me on August 28, 2009 I had to take the phone back in AGAIN for repair.
Main problems/cons with this phone: Windows Mobile (I've recently been told that phones with Windows Mobile on them are susceptible to crashing A LOT), the touch screen was often unresponsive or would take you to an area in the phone that you weren't trying to go to. Charge for talk time and stand-by time poor. I have also found out that MANY of these phone end up with problems where they are in need of repair due to charging issues, software glitches, and mother board problems.
Plus/Pros to the phone: Outlook contacts list, MS Word, MS Excel.

I apologize that you haven't had a great experience with the Incite. Here is a link to a thread of users with unbiased opinions on this forum. Tips, fixes, and anything you can think of. I hope it is of use and help to you.

I have had many problems with this phone. The microphone quit working so that people I called, or who called me, could not hear me at all. At that point AT&T finally sent me a replacement phone as it was and is still in warranty. Now this phone won't stay paired with the bluletooth on my car. I have spent countless hours talking with AT&T, in store, on phone, and chat, with LG, with Bluetooth and with Ford. Everybody blames my probllem on someone else but nobody is interested in remedying the problem. AT&T won't replace it under the warranty because bluetooth is not their technology.

This phone is crap. The absolute worst phone purchase I have ever made. The screen screws up 90% of the time.

i had a lg vu ,its a lot like the incite ,it lasted 5 months, the screen froze up and customer service could tell over the phone it was my fault without even looking at it ! but dont worry if you send it back they wont charge you more the $100 to fix it. i would certainly look around good before you purchase.

I found this review about LG Incite CT810

The good: The LG Incite is an attractive touch-screen phone with Windows Mobile 6.1. Features include a whole host of productivity and multimedia features like Microsoft ActiveSync, Office Mobile, and a 3-megapixel camera. It offers both Wi-Fi and HSDPA connectivity. Call quality was good.

The bad: The LG Incite has rather sluggish performance, and we weren't always pleased with the touch interface. We also think the surface can be a bit too reflective, and we don't like that the stylus isn't built-in.

The bottom line: Though we weren't pleased with LG Incite's design quirks, we think that overall, it's a very good first entry in the U.S. smartphone market.

After you restart the phone are you able to turn the WiFi option on at all?  How old is the phone?  Have you tried a Master Reset?  This would reset the phone back to factory defaults and erase your personal data but if you can't get the WiFi to turn on I would try the reset...  Have you contacted LG Support to see if they have any troubleshooting tips for you?

I don't know how corporate apologies are supposed to be sufficient to resolve issues with the CT810...it has been a bad platform from the beginning and your lucky there is no class-action lawsuit about this phone...yet We spent alot of money on this and it has been nothing close to as advertised.

Your best bet is to check with Customer Service to see if there are any refurbished Incites available.  If there are any out there, they should know or be able to direct you to where you can find one. (800) 793-8896
