Well Im not sure if im the only one but I hate my enV2. This is the worst phone ive ever had. I liked it until about the first month when the buttons on the front part of my phone started tono longer function. Up to this point the following buttons no longer work on the front of my phone: 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, *, 0, #, up arrow, send, clr, music. Also I would like to add that the right directional button and the n key are on there way out on the inside QWERTY part of my enV2. Oh and i almost forgot to add that the front LCD of my phone no longer works aswell. It just displays white. Ive tryed removing the battery and reinstalling it and that didnt work. Ive tryed just about everything to try and get it too work again but basically the front of my phone is absolutily useless. I think if LG makes another enV or atleast any new phones they should consider looking into what causes there buttons to prematurely fail. Im lucky that i get a new phone every 10 months vs. the average verizon wireless customer who has to wait 2 years. I will be very ecstatic to get rid of this piece of garbage that they like to call the "enV2".

Sounds to me like your phone is defective. Return it to VZW for a new one. It carries a 1 yr manufacturer warranty. Sometimes, over the course of making millions of the same phone, a few will have problems. If phones were made perfect 99% of the time, 10,000 out of a million would still be defective. That's why LG stands behind their products with a 1 year warranty.

Did you buy it brand new or second hand? well you had said it is ok with the first month theres a warranty for it wherein the manufacturer can fix it

you can try to send it back,but keep an extra $100 ready, my first lg lasted 5 moths ,17 years with at&t and this is the first phone i had go bad ? then lg customer support said if the screen froze up on it ,its probably my fault AND THEY MAY HAVE TO CHARGE AS MUCH AS $100. to warranty it?

My enV2 worked fine for the first 6 months, then the front started not working and so they sent me another one. Then I found out that I can't have a signature or else it makes the messages all messed up. And now the front keys are starting to not work. Worst phone ever. So glad I am getting the iPhone in June.
