Hi guys, Was wondering if there is a new firmware update file for lg versa vx9600 only had my phone less then a year got it in October 2009

What version of software do you have now?
Go to settings> Phone info>> Software version> the last three characters will be the version some thing like "V03" so this is Version 03
I believe there is a software update for the Versa, Call your local Verizon and talk with a Tech... Do you have a Verizon Corporate store close by? If so I'd stop in and see if they will push the update to your phone
