Anyone give me some help on how to do this?

I have tried on both an XP and Vista machine, connecting via USB. The phone shows up in file manager as a drive but clicking on it shows "drive empty"

Have tried using Media Player to sync but it cannot see the phone

You need to have a MicroSD card in the phone... You should then be able to open it as a drive letter under My Computer. You will also be able to sync your music to it with Windows Media 10 or newer.

I have experience that situation before, have you tried using different USB cable. because sometimes the problem is your USB cable and its the reason why your computer can't read your phone.

Do you have the LG Drivers installed? If not, they are in the Drivers folder at the following link:

http://www.lgcommunity.com/file_library.aspx

If you're seeing the drive under "My Computer" as another Removable drive you should be able to use Windows Media 10 (or newer) or actually just copy file to it... Since I don't have a GW620 to look at the menus.... I need to ask a couple of questrions...
* Do you have the phone in "Music Sync" Mode or "Mass Storage" mode? Some phone show you two different options to work with the MicroSD card.
* Have you tried the Different modes under USB Connections (Or something simular...)

If you're seeing your Phone under Drive Manager, does it have a drive letter? The last time I saw a similar problem it turned about to be a conflict with one of my other USB Devices.

It works for me... you have to use mass storage mode (pull down menu from the grey bar at the top of the screen once connected). This is the only connection mode that appears to work with the GW620 ... unable to access the phone memory to get, for instance, any photos that were saved to the phone memory rather than the Micro SD card
