I just got off the phone with the so called "tech support", you would think you would have to have an IQ of at least 20 to be employed there. I have been having a problem with my phone for the past day or so and all I was told was to bring it so they can look at it... all the looking in the world is not going to fix this phone!!! Tech support is full of incompetent a**** who are not smart enough to work in any area of the company. If the phone cant be fixed by unplugging it or taking the battery out - they are stumpted!!! Heres an idea - hire people who actually know what the hell they are talking about instead of 12 year old idiots who cant do s***.
