I have a rumor2 and just out of nowhere, without having any issues before hand, the volume has stopped working. I'm at maximum and it barely makes a sound when I get a new message. There's no beeping when I text and when i call someone I can't hear them and they cannot hear me. It's very inconvenient because I have to make an important phone call today and I can't.
Anyone know what's going on? Is there even a quick fix just to get my phone calls heard?
Ouch, Sorry about the issues. The first thing I would try, if you haven't already, is to pull the battery out wile the phone is power ON but not on the Charger... This will perform a 'Soft Reset'. Leave the battery out for about a minute and then replace it and power back up and see if your Volume issues have gone. If it's still happening then I would say the phone is failing and you will need to call Customer Service to see if they can help further and or get the phone repaired.... (800) 793-8896
