Long story short..

I had my phone since August '09 and have noticed that it turns off at random intervals. For example, I was having a text message conversation with a friend while walking my dog. During those 45 minutes it turned off 5-6 times. Each time I turned it back on it would say "insert right sim card" and I would only have access to dialing emergency numbers. On average I had to turn my phone on and off 4 times before it return to the normal, fully functioning screen. It also turns off in the middle of a phone call (not due to battery life).

I haven't dropped my phone and have already sent it for repairs in November. I did notice it came back with a software update as a few things have changed. The problems are still occurring though. I was wondering if LG has come up with a solution for these problems and whether or not it would be worth sending it back again for repairs.

Thanks ^___^

I would call Customer Service and see what they say... With the problems you are seeing and the frequency I'd get it replaced... Call Customer Service at: (800) 793-8896 ... Explain that this is the second time this phone has been in for repair and see if they can help you.
