I have a LG CU 515 Plum. This morning, I used my phone and all was well. I closed it and put in on my bedside table, leaving it on. I came back 15 minutes later and it was off. I thought the battery was dead, so I plugged it in, but it did not show it was charging. I removed the battery and re-inserted it. When I did this, the AT&T screen briefly came on, then it showed that the battery was charging. However, I could not turn the phone on while it was charging, nor could I turn it on after letting it charge for two hours. When I unplug it from the charger, it is completely dead.
What could the problem be? I have not dropped it nor have I gotten it wet, and it is only six months old. |

Thank you for your question. It sounds like something wacky has happened to your device. I would first call ATT and make sure they aren't experiencing some sort of issue then I would call LG Customer Service. Here is the link. http://mobilephones.us.lge.com/contactus.aspx?id=2 |
