When I plug it in to charge it charges for a few minutes and says fully charged. I unplug it and it's blank again. Battery issue?

How old is the phone? Depending on the amount of charge you initially had on the phone, I wouldn't think that it would show being charged so quickly. First, and easiest thing to try... With the phone unplugged from the charger, pull the battery out of the phone for a few minutes and let the phone reset it's temporary settings (No User Data will be lost) and then plug it back in, wait a few seconds, and then try to power back up. Check the Battery level and then try to charge... If this is unsuccessful, then most likely it's the battery... Let me know what happens. |
