How can I turn off my Calendar appointment alerts without turning off my text message alerts? When sync-ing my phone (LG Cosmos) calendar, every appointment, including Holidays, are automatically set to sound an alarm. When a meeting starts, my phone sounds an alarm. For appointments that are an all day event, like Holidays, my phone sounds an alarm at midnight. I cannot find a way to change this except by going to each appointment one by one. How can I turn off the Calendar appointment alarms without turning off text message alarms?

Ouch...  That's not too smart.  Unfortunately, right now,  there isn't a way to disable the Alarms collectively or even set an option to disable alerts on Sync from the utility as well.  I am asking Development for suggestions and or if there is an update coming...  I'll try to reposrt back later today.

Any updates on this topic?  We're having the same issue and would love a way to just disable all calendar alerts.

Unfortunately, there isn't any news on the Outlook Sync utility...  Have you looked at something like "SyncCell" ??  It's a 3rd party utility, but it seems to work pretty well.
