When I slide my phone it just shuts off by it's self. I was wondering if anyone else has this problem. Any replies will be appreciated. |

LG USA doesn't support "import" devices. Further, whenever you activate an import device you take the chance that you will lose some functionality of the phone as the phone was meant to work on a non-USA network system. Sorry! |

Forgive me for not understanding, but what is an "import" device. Are all LG mobile phones import devices?? What's different about mine? |

The KE970 is the foreign version of the Shine. (i.e. Europe, Asia, etc.) The US version is the CU720. I understand the issue you are having. However, I am unable to offer any solutions as this is a foreign device. I understand this may be frustrating for you since the phones are virtually identical, however, there are slight differences in the hardware makeup of the devices. |
