Hey guys,

When i insert the microSD card into my Xenon it puts a folder called "Graphics" on the memory card. If i create a folder inside the "Graphics" folder it doesn't show up when i go to the Pictures icon to view the my pics. it just ignores the folder and pulls the ALL the pics into that main view!

in order for you to have pictures in folders so that you click the folder to view the pics you have to create a folder on the phones memory and save the pics to the phones memory. This doesn't make a bit of sense if the xenon is going to support 16gb of memory. thats a crap load of pics you could store! (and you want to have them organized in some fashion)

Anyway i made like 4 folders under 'graphics' ( e:/Graphics/stuff1 ) etc. and put like 100mb of pics in there. it took forever for the phone to pull all those pics from the 4 sub folders and display them in the 'Picture' folder place thingy.

has anyone else had this problem or am i doing something wrong????

Same thing with the music folder too. it pulls all the songs into the main place. it doesn't display the folders that the songs are in. if i have 2000 songs on the memory card i don't want to scroll throw 2000 just to find one!

Can someone help me on this?? please and thank you.

I don't know if I'm putting this in the right place but I'm trying to get pictures off of my old LG xenon. The screen cracked and its almost impossible to figure out how to save pics to a SIM card and thats what i need to do to get the pics off the phone. Please reply if you know the keystrokes I need to make in order to do so. I can get as far as the photos but I don't know how far down in the list the "save to sim" is.

I don't think the File Manager on the Xenon will show content in individual folders. for simplicity's sake, it shows all content lumped together... I know it makes it kind of a pain to sort... And you're right, it's just not fast enough to display large quantities of Picts or Music files at once, it will have to load the whole library which will cause it to struggle. I think the Value of a 16GB card is for very large files like Movies. files...
