I tried turning it on, but the LG logo sign appears and keeps flashing.. doesn't go to the home screen. What's wrong with it? I figure it maybe needs charging? But it's still flashing..

Humm, that's disapointing. The first thing I would try would be to pull the battery out for a minute or so (Not while it's on the Charger) and then replace it. This will do a soft reset. If you still get the Black Screen with the LG Logo then it sounds like the phone is bad. I really apologize for the inconvenience. The Sentio is still pretty new but in that short time we've had excellent luck with it. Your T-Mobile store should be able to help you out. Let me know what happens

Let me know what happens Thank you for the help, but sadly it still wasn't working. I did go to a T-Mobile store and had it exchanged. Hopefully it doesn't happen again!
