I have a LG rumor and I've tried downloading ringtones offline..when i downloaded them on my phone they were WAY to load. Even after I turned the volume down to almost mute, they sounded really distorted. Also I recieved a picture mail that had a voice memo in it and it was so loud I couldn't even understand it. Is there anyway to resolve these issues? Maybe a feature I've overlooked?? Please help!!!

Thank you for your question. I have seen this concern before and unfortunately I do not have a fix using features of the phone. However, you can manually edit the volume of the ringtone before you put it on your device.
