leonvon Member                 0 Join Date: Dec 2008 Reputation: 0 Posts: 2	Someone please help. I synced my brand new LG Incite to my computer and it triplicated my contacts. So I deleted all contacts from phone (which deleted everything from my sim card unbeknownst to me). I then performed another sync to my computer. This action deleted all my contacts on my PC. does DOES ANYONE HAVE A POSITIVE SOLUTION on how to get my contacts back on outlook.

I can only assume when you set up the sync relationship upon connecting the Incite to their PC the first time, the Incite was set to be a master. Contact will triplicate or duplicate if there is any variation in the name for example Santa Claus in Outlook on a PC and Santa K Claus on the Incite. Your only hope is a system restore point on their PC if they have XP or Vista.
