I use a GW 300 Outlook 2007 and it's everything I need. I use Google Apps for email, and download mail using Outlook 2007. The Emails download perfectly, but when later when I try to download emails into Outlook 2007, they must be marked as "READ" because they will not download. This is a problem - does anyone know a way of dealing with this? It'd be great if I can download emails into Outlook 2007 after I have downloaded them to the handset. |

GW300 appears to be an international Phone and one I don't have access to. This site is mainly responsible for phones sold through US Carriers... So I'm running a little blind. Normally there is an email client on the phone that you can point to your ISP email service and it will automatically pull your email down at set intervals, so say, like every 15 minutes or every hour. That way your outlook and the phone can both get the emails and they should update your email service as to which emails have been read and or deleted. It sounds like this is not happening... Maybe someone can jump in here and help with this configuration. |

Which Email Client i son your GW300?? Is it called "Mobile Email" (That's actually the name) not the function. This is the one that is on a lot of LG's US Phones. I'm trying to understand what you are using and how it can be configured. |

Hi - thanks for you reply. I looked on the handset and in the manual. It doesn't mention anything. I looked on the Internet and all I could find was this: |

I don't have any reference material for the international phones... Have you checked with LG Customer Service to see if you can get to someone who has some info on the GW300?? |

Do you mean a URL for support? If so I would try: http://www.lg.com/au/mobile-phones/mobile-support/index.jsp They should have access to the GW300 and it's documentation. I don't know why I can't access it to see if I can help, but it's not available to me. |
