LG

Please help! My father-in-law who is in his 70's has lost the little rubber stopper for the 3.5mm headphone jack on his phone and this is really stressing him out. He wants to get a replacement stopper thing for it but his carrier Verizon is no help. They tell him he doesn't need one....which I tend to agree with as he will most likely never use it...but this is very concerning for him so I'm doing my best to see if there is anyway to get a replacement plug cover if they exist! Even a generic 3.5mm cover that would fit would make him happy...does anyone have any suggestions???!!

I'd call customer service to see if that is listed as an accessory part that can be purchased. I would think they would sell them in maybe in a pack of 3 or 5 or something. There number is: (800) 793-8896

I just contacted LG and spoke to a representative there and they told me they could send me out a couple of those jack covers for free as a courtesy for fist time callers.  Since I was, I am going to be getting a couple of those jack covers in the mail in about 7 or so days for no charge!!  Merry Christmas to me!   How awesome!

and tell them you have an LG cell phone then they will transfer you to the right area.  You may want to ask for the number of where you are being transfered to, just incase you get disconected.  Have your model number of the phone ready too.  I have an LG Chocolate Touch...
