I upgraded our ATT plan and got my wife this CB630. Shortly there after the phone started locking up when you wasnt using it. The only way to get it to come back on is to take the battery out and put it back in to reboot it. The battery was replaced first, (ATT said it was the problem), then the phone got replaced, same dang problem with the new phone. So I call ATT and they walked me thru severals steps checking memory and clearing it. Then we did a master rest on the phone and it fixed it for about 3 weeks. Then here we go again. We are both tired of fighting this phone, and at this point and time I have to wait till the contract runs out or find a fix. Seems ATT cant fix it so I thought I would try here. What we have done. We dont let the messages build up on the phone, she keeps it charged up, its never been wet, or droped. I have right brand of memeory card in it. I have checked to make sure that the battery contacts are always touching the battery. We have a custom screen pic on it and a custom ring tone and thats it. Sometimes it will be fine all night, and other times you pop out the battery and get it turned back on, set it down and 5 min come back and boom its dead again. |

I'm sorry for the issue you are seeing with your Wife's Invision... It sounds like you have done a good job trouble shooting the problem, but after all you have done it looks like the problem is internal to the phone it's self. |

If going through AT&T isn't working out then, Yes, I would call LG Support: (800) 793-8896 |

Update: Problem fixed. Found that using diffrent background pics and/or home made ringtones was the cause. |

It's too bad you couldn't get the Invision to work... Good luck with the Nokia, let me know if there is anything I can do in the future. |
