i need to transfer videos from my lg mystique to my laptop and it wont let me my phoen is off rihgt nwobut i need to transfer it

So if I understand, you have captured Video to your Mystique, in the phones memory and now you want to get it off of your phone to your PC?? If so, it's a 2 step process... 1: To transfer files from your Mystique to your PC you will need to have a MicroSD card in the phone and either copy or move the Video file from the Phone's memory to the MicroSD card. 2: Once you have transferred the Video files to the MicroSD card you can connect your phone to your PC with a USB cable and when the phone prompts you, choose "Mass Storage" mode and the MicroSD card will appear under "My Computer" on your PC as another Drive letter. Just double click on the Drive Letter and it will open and then copy the file to your PC... Does this make sense? I'm sorry if I misunderstood.
