Well, let me make my first post here a question!

I've just picked up my new Fathom but have been unable to connect to my WiFi network. Why? I can't find the MAC address on this thing and I use MAC filtering here.

I've turned on WiFi on the phone, gone to WiFi then Menu, then advanced (where I thought I would find it). Instead, all I have are two pull down menus for WiFi timeout and Networks to access.

Can someone please help me find it?

thanks!

It is located in the following path:

Settings > System > System Information

Click to the Phone Info section and the WLAN MAC is located at the bottom of the screen.

Thanks, I appreciate it! Tier 3 support at Verizon has absolutely NO idea at all where it could be, at least of this afternoon. Obviously, Verizon doesn't want to restrict that info , as that simply increases data usage on its network. And given that this is just about the most basic piece of info for any wireless device, it really shouldn't be that big a deal. MANY thanks for checking....

The way I found it, which is kind of the long way was to Connect to a Router that didn't use MAC Filtering and then query the Router and find the devices that were attached....  using the System Info page is much easier...  Sorry I didn't get back to you.
