I have the env2. I had it connected to my computer, and it worked just fine for syncing music to it. My computer got reset, and I had to call verizon, and see if they could help me. And they did and we got it working again. Last night I installed my webcam, and now my phone wont synce again. I called verizon, but the rep didnt seem to know to much about what he was doing. Should I call back and see if I get another rep, or can someone here help me. My computer keeps saying found new hardware when I plug it in.

Did you make sure your device is set up to sync music and not as a mass storage device and to sync data? Of course in the mean time I would certainly call Verizon and hope for a different rep. If they were able to work through the issue the first time they should be able to this time.
