It doesn't allow me to access any of the data on my phone ie: pics, music, phonebook etc. Does anyone know what it is I'm Doing/ not doing? please help Thanks.

When you plug your enV2 into the PC what USB Mode are you in? Make sure you are in "Data" mode not Music. (I think it's music) Don't put the phone into "Mass Storage" mode. When you launch BitPim, BitPim should announce that it has found your enV2 and knows what it is... If it doesn't click on the Icon that looks like a Phone with a magnifying glass on it. If it comes up and says something like "Other Phone detected on Comm xx..." Then it hasn't properly detected your enV2. Does this happen? Once connected and detected then you can have BitPim download the information from your phone.
