In the U.S. LG only sells there phones through Carriers like AT&T, Verizon, or Cricket, Unfortunately there aren't any official LG phone Stores in the States.

There are some companies that import international phones and sell them without a contract. Just be careful of the imports and make sure you get a valid US Warranty or you'll be without support
