Took battery out. Tried settings. Nothing works. Any ideas? |

Have you toggled the Vibrate setting on and off and back on? Do you have any third party SMS helper apps installed like "HandCent" or "DG Alerts?" Sometimes these can cause conflicts. Is it all Vibrations that fail, or is it just on Email/SMS or Calls? Let me look on this end for anything else that might effect this. |

All vibrations fail. Haptic feedback included. Downloaded apps - digg, foursquare, layar, pandora, skype, twitter, google voice, and yelp. |

Did a factory reset and it's still not vibrating. Never dropped or damaged the phone.... |

I'm sorry to hear about the issue... Did you test the Vibrating before installing your Apps? If the Factory Reset and or a Battery Pull didn't restore the Vibrating, The only thing to do is to return the phone for a replacement This is unfortunate. Let me know how it goes. |
