Just moved from ATT to Verizon, got an LG Accolade-had a Motorola Razor. With the Motorola, I could connect it to a PC and treat it like a removable storage device; I could move photos to and from it, move sounds to and from the phone and make them ring tones. Is there any way to do this with the Accolade? I have installed the driver so the PC sees the phone, but it thinks it is a modem and the PC tries to make phone calls with it. |

The Accolade is a very nice Entry Level phone, but Unfortunately it doesn't have the data capabilities that the Motorola Razor has... There really isn't anything you can do with the data on the Accolade. If you want the Data access then I would recommend the enV Touch or the enV3... Unfortunately both of these phone require a Data Plan. Other than Data access, I think you will love the Accolade |

View my posts at http://www.lgcommunity.com/forums/aff/6/aft/5988/afv/topic.aspx to learn how I transferred Pictures, Music and other stuff with the LG VX5600 Accolade using BitPim and Verizon's V CAST Media manager. |

I haven't run into this issue. I think the phone is great. All my customers have loved it. It is lacking on what it can do. If that is an issue I would recommend the Cosmos Touch or Octane. Both fantastic phones with lots of capability. |
