i find it is boresome to manager mobile contacts.Sepecially when the phone is lost, broken or reset, so i have to add contacts one by one on the phone again. |

Here I found an application called "GodswMobile Contacts Transfer" for Windows Mobile phone to transfer mobile contacts to your computer or to other mobile phones, such as iphone and android phone. So you could transfer hundreds of contacts to new mobile in 5 minutes. |

This is an add for Windows Back up software... I have had had an opportunity to test this yet, so use cautiously. |

Unfortunately, at this point, LG doesn't have a Sync utility that will work with the Neon... Your best bet is to use AT&T's online contact management software. |

Good question.. I just went to the AT&T site and I can't find it either.... I believe it was called "Phone Book" It's unfortunate that there isn't a contact manager from LG for the Neon... If AT&T doesn't have one, then you could contact the people at DataPilot or SyncCell, to see if their utilities will work with Neon. |

I have used GodswMobile Contacts Transfer to transfer my Samsung i718 to my laptop a few time . In all cases, the transfer worked perfectly and I am confident that I can backup information of my device quickly and easily if required. This program should be the first purchase everyone makes, it's essential! |

I try to keep my contact-list in a MS Wordpad file just in case. What it lacks in frills, it makes up for it in PORTABILITY. Just about every WinXp (and more recent) system in the Known Universe can read open & read a Wordpad file. When you can do it via data-transfer-cable and then put the same list back into a replacement phone via ITS cable later, treasure those moments. Some wireless services will try to sell you ANYTHING but a data cable, even when they admit to having the one for your phone. I've copied contact-lists, one character at a time, from one simple cellphone to another. I've done it a character at a time, from a little paper notebook to a simple phone. So doing it from a Wordpad-file isn't IMO the hardest way. Best regards. |
