Committing any of the following infringements may result in disciplinary action including immediate deletion of post(s) and banning with no necessary warning or probationary trial period, however LG retains the right to remove any posts at any time.  By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using LGForum.com, you will not:
 

1. Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.
2. Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information.
3. Upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws (or by rights of privacy of publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents.
4. Post the same entry in multiple forums or posting nonsense with the intent to pad your post count.
5. Promote products or services that are not affiliated with LG.
6. Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any information related to any claim, lawsuit, class action or other legal action related to LG or its affiliates.
7. Upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer.
8. Advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose, unless such Communication Service specifically allows such messages.
9. Discuss the theft of paid services, registration key/serial numbers, cracks, warez, and requests or offers for links connected to pirated software that infringe copyright laws.
10. Conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters.
11. Download any file posted by another user of a Communication Service that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner.
12. Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.
13. Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Communication Services.
14. Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines, which may be applicable for any particular Communication Service.
15. Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses, without their consent.
16. Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
17. Disobey any periodic revisions or additions to the LG Forum Rules.
