Sync with Outlook or an Outlook Exchange Server??... I think a lot of on the Forum are Syncing with Exchange. If you're not using Exchange then you should able to define your Email Service in the settings and get your Email that way... Like Gmail, Yahoo, Live, or email provided by your Service Provider. What type of Email service do you have?

The problem is that Android 2.1 which the Ally runs DOES NOT properly sync with exchange. It's well known, well documented, and one of the bigger reasons that the 2.2 thread is now at 10 pages.

I am using the Gmail calander and then sync outlook to it. Wasnt hard at all. Just have to d/l a small utility that runs on your machine that keeps it synced up. As for email I loaded in my pop3 email account info and get it that way.
