How do I DELETE "B2CnotiAgent" from my computer? It came on when I was doing an upgrade to my LG EnvTouch phone. I have cleared it from the registry and each time I restart my computer it comes up with a dialog box asking "allow" this program. Thanks for your help.

I'll have to check into how you uninstall 'B2CnotiAgent' I know you can disable it through 'MSconfig'... It's located under the Startup Tab... It also shows the path, but let me look into what else needs to be done to get it to go away.

I did the "msconfig" (disabled) and a restart and it didn't come up this time. Now to get it off the computer totally is another subject...thanks.

XP SP3 is what I am running and I've confirmed it is in the Startup Tab of MSConfig.

I found the Uninstaller

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\LGMOBILEAX\B2C_Client

You will have to set your folder permissions to show Hidden Files... Be Careful.

I'll report this.

The uninstaller does not completely remove the program. It only removes the icon. It leaves folders in C:\ProgramData\LG........How do I completely remove this program. I also had to disable it at startup. I would like to know how to completly remove it. Please Advise. Thanks

I used Regedit to delete this key name (Registry Editor) as a workaround

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

I do not delete the application but I stop to load it so do not show the annoying message evertime Window$ 7 start.

Hope LG could fix this problem.

Im running a Toshiba Satellite with Windows 7 64 bit, and my phone is a LGN510 Rumor Touch, Ive had the same trouble.Im no expert, but I googled "b2cnotiagent" and eventually, it took me to this forum.I read some of the replies and I wasnt able to make use of the solutions suggested here (no expert) .So I went back to simply addressing the problem at hand and realized I did have an earlier back up (before the episode described below) with a system image on another hard drive.I backed up everything that was different since that back up and did system restore with the older back up and then added the new files. This seems to have solved the problem. When the computer restarted after the initial restore, there was no longer an annoying message requesting I allow this program to make changes and after several restats since,no sign of it.This all started when I received a message telling me my phone was no longer interfacing properly with my PC and I needed to update the software. When I went through the process given on LG page the message took me to,it finally said that in fact,I had the latest software.Wont do that again........ Hope this helps

On my system (running Windows 7 64-bit Home Edition), I found the B2CNotiAgent uninstall executable file in the directory named "C:\Users\All Users\LGMOBILEAX\B2C_Client". The uninstall file was in that directory, along with the executable "BeCNotiAgent.exe" and support files.

After running the uninstall from this location (you must be logged in as Admin to navigate to this location), the application executable files were removed, leaving only the uninstall file. Also, the popup no longer occurs, never having to modify the MSConfig file.
