When I first got my enV3, I found where I could set the time when I could and could not receive the email alerts. After doing the *228 thing to update my roaming capabilities, I can no longer find it - or perhaps I am just overlooking it. Anyone want to let me know where I can access this function? I need to change the times. Thanks |

So it looks like you are have a Question about setting the Time and then an issue with receiving email? Normally the phones like the enV series pick up their date and time from the Carrier's Network so it doesn't require any user intervention. Unfortunately the only enV3s that I have here have all been updated to Ver 06 so I can't look at older Firmware versions. But lookking at the current enV3, there isn't an option to manually adjust the time. You can adjust the "World Time" but not the Local Time... How is this effecting your Email issue with not being able to receive them? Which Email service are you using? Are you using the built in Email App? Let me know. |

I would try to check for software update. Go to menu, settings & tools, phone info, software update to see if it is running on the most current software. Otherwise try taking out the battery to help restore the phone. Can you send e-mails or recieve them? |
