Ok well there are a few issues regarding this phone that I would like some clarification with, and if anyone knows how to change these settings that would be great.
Ok, here goes:
When I am listening to music, then go to my pictures, the music stops.
When I am listening to music, and receive a text message, the music stops.
When I am listening to music, and then go to my games, the music stops.
When I am watching a video, then recieve a text while in the middle of a video, I reply to the text but after I sen it I am back on the home screen and have to go back to my videos, click on that video I was watching, and have to try to navigate to where I was.

Now these don't seam like bugs, just annoying features. I had to be a pest, but does anyone know if there are options to set the phone to so that nothing will interrupt music play? Or an option for saving video spots?

Well one thing you could do is turn on airplane mode which will disable all wireless communication, it's like turning your phone into an iPod for a while. You won't recive texts or calls, all calls will go to voice mail and you receive texts after you turn airplane mode off. To turn on airplane mode go into menu-settings-phone settings-and then it's right at the top, to turn it off do the same. Hope this works

As far as i can say about the music, go into your music settings and go to music only and turn it on and that way you won't be interupted your music will just keep playing. I know i'm a year late on this but i'm sure you figured it out by now.

I am having troubles with my brand new EnV Touch and from reading other people's post am wondering if anyone has figured out how to fix it. Once and a while when I receive a text msg. my screen turns and locks white. Phone resets itself all by itself. Screen flickers. This is my second try on the phone and realizing the phone isn't broken all the phones from what I read and experience are having the same problem. I do have the latest software version. Anyone have any advice?
